Workshops

Learn about the customs and traditions (tikanga) associated with Māori weaving (raranga) when working with New Zealand native flax (harakeke). You create your own treasures (taonga) to take home with you.

I offer a range of workshops for individuals or large groups. For example, childrens birthday parties, high school design projects, corporate team building, and anyone else wishing to learn about this ancient art.

No experience is necessary and all material is supplied.

Suitable for 5 years plus, a great skill for the whole family (whānau) to learn

Email annahayesartist@gmail.com to find out how I can adapt a workshop to suit your needs.
